Stop Your Depression Now (eBook Review)

Filed under: All eBooks, Available for Sale, Personal Collection — admin @ 7:53 pm

During and after the Holidays, many experience depression. For some it is a physiological thing, all that adrenaline that has gone into getting ready for the holidays is now gone, and your body is making an adjustment. For others, it can involve family conflicts, and still others, it can be memories of lost loved ones exaggerated by the holiday season.

Depression for some can be a daily struggle. The eBook I am offering has 74 pages of helpful information for those who are suffering from depression. You will find chapters such as:

  • What are the Symptoms of Depression?
  • Types of Depression
  • Causes of Depression
  • Alcohol, Drugs and Depression

  • Talk Therapy and Depression

  • Life Changes and Depression

The ebook is available for sale by me for $1.25, and has full re-sale rights. Click “Personal Collection” for posts on all eBooks I have available for sale. All have full re-sale rights.

Whatever! by Baby Boomer Diva, Bev!

We’ve had some books by a few Baby Boomer Diva’s, but I haven’t posted yet about a book by the one who started the whole “Baby Boomer Diva” sensation, Beverly Mahone. She is the one who originated the “Web of Fame” with Diva’s of all kinds, from celebrities, to authors, to health care providers, to virtual assistants, to beauty specialists, and on the list goes!

Beverly has a wonderful way of writing, and in her book “Whatever, a Baby Boomers Journey into Middle Age” she tackles the subject of Menopause, weight gain, and much more with helpful information and humor.

Look along the right for a list of “BBoomer Diva’s on Amazon” for Beverly’s book, or click any of the links in this post to visit Beverly on the web.

Author of "Prude" Sex-Obssessed Culture Book on TV

I was just sitting here contemplating what to write about on my HerBulletin blog with FOX news channel on in the background talking about the Playboy show that will be on television…I don’t know when, and don’t care to…with the usual clips playing on the screen of scantily-clad woman walking up and down the ramps…don’t tell me they don’t talk about this junk on the news to keep ratings up. Where’s real news, anyway? Okay, done with my tangent, read the following:-)

There was a high spot in the report, they interviewed Carol Platt Liebau, author of “Prude: How the Sex-Obsessed Culture Damages Girls (and America, Too!)“. I think the title tells all, doesn’t it? Need I say more? Click the following link in the box below for more information about this book.
